Success: Embedded ESD as a core aim within our new 5 year education strategy at Cardiff University. Enabled by new role as lead for ESD in the institution.

Are there any institutions that track where their sustainability students go in their initial career?

Barrier - upper leadership who say that “this isn’t their thing.” Which is wrong on so many levels.

I think it's about finding the balance or the thin line between the diplomatic and democratic process

Barrier: Funding for new untested programs

we arent seeing some of the posts as they may only be going to panelists. can they please share with attendees

Secondary CTE Students (Career & Technical Education) may not be prepared for LEED green Associate credential; perhaps we should use GPro from Urban Green (more aligned to green construction, plumbing, HVAC)

Barrier - the big ones have recently been overcome by institution signing up to SDG accord and Climate emergency. All of the executive Board now know we have to do this…

Barrier: teachers' competences and resources (time) do actually change their courses.
